The villa is situated just 2 km from a small town of Novigrad with beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, tennis courts, bike rentals, yacht marina, trip-boats that will take you along the cost. Airport Trieste is about 90 km away, and the Pula airport is only 60 km away.

Within 10 minutes drive you can reach touristic centres Porec and Umag with opportunities to visit historical sites, sport events (like ATP tennis tournament in Umag), concerts.

Beautiful localities of Motovun, Buje and Groznjan can be reached after only 15-ish minutes by car, with forests and streams for hiking and hunting (the area is rich with boars, dears, rabbits, foxes, birds), konobas and cellars, hidden chapels, ancient ruins and caves, all linked by more than 500 kilometres of bicycle trails.

Lot of possibilities for amusment for children: beach at 2 km, two great aquaparks in the area: Istralandia (at 2 km) and Aquacolors Porec (at 15 km); Dinopark (children dinosaur theme park) at Funtana (25 km).
If you are a history lover – the towns of Pula (80 km), Rovinj (60 km), Porec (15 km), have a great and long history and therefore lots of museums and historical monuments like Arena in Pula and Euphrasian Basilic in Porec just to mention some of the most known!

Are you a nature lover? Visit national park island Brijuni (70 km), the nearby caves Mramornica and Baredine, hike along the green forests, vineyards and olive-groves , hop on the Parenzana train that conects some of the little towns like Groznjan, Motovun, Buje, Momjan and enjoy beautiful scenaries, or take a bike and burn some of the calories on more than 500 kilometres of bicycle trails.  You will definitely need that! Why? Because food and wines are impossible to resist!  All around the Istria there are so many conobas and restaurants offering local delicacies like prsut (sort of smoked ham), truffles, mushrooms, fish, shells not to mention the wines like teran, muscat, malvazija and so much more…
